Terms of Service

1. Service

Dailynews Social Publisher is operated by Dailynews and supports the publication of Dailynews-created short-form video content to an authorized TikTok account.

2. Authorization

The service may access or publish to a TikTok account only after that account has completed TikTok's authorization process and granted the permissions required for the applicable functionality.

3. Content

Dailynews is responsible for the content it creates and submits through the integration. The service must not be used to publish content to an account that has not authorized the application.

4. Platform rules

Use of this integration remains subject to applicable TikTok terms, policies, API requirements, and applicable law.

5. Availability

Dailynews may suspend or discontinue the integration for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons.

6. Revocation

An authorized TikTok account may revoke application access through the controls provided by TikTok. Dailynews may also remove locally stored authorization information when the integration is no longer required.
